(The codes I've mentioned are "set 1" scan codes, as used in the scan code field in MS Windows WM_KEYDOWN etc messages. Even though the need for this keyboard layout has long passed, QWERTY remains. But I was dealing with carpal tunnel and unable to do much typing anyway, so learning Dvorak couldnt make me any slower.
